About

Andy's Notary Service started out as an in-house service for our ATV/Snowmobile/Motorcycle Dealership in 1997.  When that business was sold in 2006, we decided to continue our contract with PennDOT and the DCNR as a way to provide a valuable service to our community.  We also chose to open up our services for General Notary work to the public.  

We believe strongly in supporting our community through volunteerism and sponsorship.  We offer our General Notary services free of charge to our local school districts for group student travel affidavits as well as provide free General Notary services to Veterans.
